Receta Chicken & Vegetable Fettuccine
Ingredientes
- 200 gm fettuccine (boiled - al dente).
- 1/2 boneless chicken breast, sliced into long slices.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 1 big bell pepper, cut into long slices.
- 1 big tomato, cut into long slices without seeds.
- 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 small rosemary sticks or a small pinch (yes, less than 1/8 tsp)
Direcciones
- Place olive oil and onion into a a big pan on medium heat, saute tell yellow.
- Put the onion in the side of the pan on high heat and add the chicken quarter at a time so the pan doesn't get cold, we need it hot so the chicken doesn't lose its water, from time to time stir the onion and make sure the onion didn't burn .
- Once you feel that the chicken gained light brown color, flip it on the other side till light brown, and then mix it with onion, add salt, pepper and rosemary, and saute on medium heat till brown and cooked.
- Once you taste the chicken and feel it's cooked add the bell pepper and tomato slices, mix well with chicken on high heat for 1 minute, add the ketchup, stir for 1 minute.
- Add the fettuccine and mix for 2 minutes, I don't want to cook the vegetables so step 4 & 5 will be so quickly.
- Place in a serving plate, Bon Apetit
