Receta Chicken & Vegetable Soup
Ingredientes
- 1/8 cup grape seed oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1cup chopped celery
- 1 acorn squash - peeled & cut into small squares
- 1 white potato
- 5 small carrots
- 10 oz chopped pole beans
- 10 oz edamame
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 small chicken 2-3 lbs
- 1 quart of chicken stock
- enough water to cover the chicken in the pot
- 2 Tbls parsley
- 1 Tbls oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute the green peppers, onions, and celery in the grape seed oil.
