Receta Chicken Vermicelli

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt vermicelli rice noodles - (8 ounce)
- 1 x onion diced
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 x carrots shredded
- 3 med celery ribs diced
- 2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 sm napa cabbage finely minced
- 1 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce Minced green onions Lemon slices
Direcciones
- Soak noodles in warm water 10 min; drain and set aside.
- Saute/fry diced onion in warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 min or possibly till tender. Add in carrot and next 4 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, 2 min.
- Stir together broth and cornstarch till smooth; add in to chicken mix. Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce; bring mix to a boil, and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; serve over noodles. Garnish, if you like.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
