Receta Chicken Wings In Master Soy Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 slice ginger root
- 1 scallion, cut into 1 inch lengths
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1 star anise seed
- 1 c. light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon thick soy sauce
- 1 T mushroom soy sauce
- 1 T sugar
- 2 T Chinese cooking wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Direcciones
- 1. Divide each chicken wing into 3 parts - throw away tip.2. Put first 4 ingredients in master soy sauce in apiece of cheesecloth. Gather at top and tie with string.
- 3. Put master soy sauce ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil - turn heat to low and simmer 5 min.
- 4. Turn heat to medium high. Add in washed chicken parts to sauce. Cover and let them simmer, stirring occasionally. Add in a little water if sauce cooks down too much.
- 5. Cook for 15-20 min or possibly till tender.
