Receta Chicken With Balsamic Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 T butter
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/8 c. balsamic vinegar
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Cut chicken in 1-inch squares. Lightly flour, heat butter and oil over medium-high flame. Add in shallots and saute briefly. Add in chicken and brown on all sides. Add in mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook briefly. Add in wine, vinegar and spices, cook till sauce is thick.
