Ingredientes
- 3 x Cloves garlic, halved
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 4 sprg fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. Yellow mustard
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil (I use extra-virgin)
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 x 3-4 lb. chicken, quartered

- Hi-I made this for dinner the other night, I copied it from a cookbook but I cannot remember that one, sorry! It's great with fresh green beans and a tossed salad.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except chicken in blender or possibly food processor, process till smooth. Place chicken in an oiled baking dish. Spread glaze proportionately on top of chicken. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour.
