Receta Chicken With Onions And Peppers

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. frzn stir-fry pepper blend
- 1 can (15 ounces) chunky Italian-seasoned tomato sauce Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Saute/fry chicken and garlic in oil in large skillet till lightly browned. Push chicken to side of pan; add in stir-fry pepper blend and cook till softened, 3 to 4 min. Stir in tomato sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, covered, till chicken is cooked through, about 10 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
