Receta Chicken With Orange (No Salt)

Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts, halved (or possibly other pcs)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. frzn orange juice concentrate
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. flaked parsley
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 teaspoon sherry (optional)
Direcciones
- Brown chicken pcs in small amount of oil. Place in casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange onion slices over chicken.
- Combine juice concentrate, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce, ginger, water and sherry and pour over chicken and onions. Cover and bake 40-45 min at 325 degrees or possibly till chicken is tender. Serves 4.
