Receta Chicken With Paprika

Ingredientes
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. finely minced onion
- 2 tsp.-2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. chicken stock
- Rice or possibly noodles
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream and 2 teaspoon flour (mix together)
Direcciones
- Heat butter and oil. Add in onions and paprika. Simmer till glossy and red. Add in salt and stock. As soon as this has reached a boiling point, add in the chicken, simmer - covered 1 hour. Remove chicken. Stir lowfat sour cream mix slowly into pot and simmer till thickened and smooth - about 5 min. Do not boil. Add in chicken and simmer 5-10 min longer. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
