Receta Chili Basil Seasame Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c. low-sodium low-fat chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 whl dry chili peppers broken in half
- 1/4 c. fresh basil chopped
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
Direcciones
- Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix well. Add in the chicken and marinate up to 24 hrs.
- On a grill with the rack set 6 inches from the heat source, grill the chicken over high heat for 7 min per side till cooked through.
- This recipe yields 5 servings.
