Receta Chili Beer Brisket Of Beef

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb beef brisket
- 1/2 c. onions minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 x 12 ounce. jar chili sauce
- 1 x 12 ounce. can beer
- 2 x tomatoes sliced
- 6 x parsley sprigs
Direcciones
- Place beef brisket, fat side down, in crockpot. Sprinkle brisket with onion, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Pour chili sauce over brisket. Set crockpot on LOW for 6 hrs. Pour beer over brisket. Increase temperature to HIGH and continue cooking for 30 min. Place brisket on large serving platter. Slice brisket very thin and serve with warm cooking liquid. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and parsley.
