Receta Chili Con Queso (Hot Cheese Dip)

Ingredientes
- 4 T butter
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel chili and tomatoes
- 1 whole clove garlic
Direcciones
- Saute celery, onion, and pepper till soft, not brown. Heat cheese in double boiler or possibly slow cooker (low setting). Drop whole clove of garlic on toothpick into mix of melted cheese. Add in sauces and sauteed vegetables. Stir. Remove garlic when ready to serve. Freezes well.
