Receta Peppermint Stick Frozen Yogurt

Ingredientes
- 1 env unflavored gelatin (1 tbsp)
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 2 c. Yogurt
- 1 c. Finely crushed peppermint sticks
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream, whipped

- Makes 1 qt (approx)
- Sprinkle gelatin over lowfat milk in small saucepan; let stand 3 min. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly; till gelatin dissolves; cold slightly.
- Beat Large eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed till thick and lemon colored. Beat in corn syrup gradually. Beat in gelatin mix,yogurt, peppermint sticks and lemon juice on medium speed. Mix in whipped cream.
- Place mix in 3 qt metal bowl; cover with plastic wrap or possibly waxed paper. Freeze till mix form 1/2 inch frzn layer around side of bowl, about 2 hrs. Remove from freezer. Scrap bowl with spatula; beat with electric mixer at medium speed till smooth,about 1 minute. Return to freezer; repeat process when mix forms 1/2 inch frzn layer. Serve immediately.
