Ingredientes
- 1 large bundle of Kangkong leaves, washed
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 250g Prawns with shell
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- a pinch of pepper
Direcciones
- Saute garlic, onion, and prawns on medium heat.
- Add the chili and fish sauce, stir fry until prawns turn pink.
- On a separate pan, bring kangkong leaves into a boil using the coconut milk.
- Let it simmer until tender and juices are reduced.
- Transfer the cooked leaves onto the prawns.
- Stir until well fused.
- Add pepper and adjust according to taste.
- Add the coconut cream and bring into a boil for a minute or two.
- Serve with steamed rice.
