Receta Chili Macaroni

Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb grnd beef or possibly grnd fresh turkey
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes, (14oz)
- 1 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 can diced green chili, (4oz) peppers, liquid removed
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 c. packaged dry wagon-wheel Or possibly elbow macaroni
- 1 c. loose-pack frzn cut green beans
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook grnd beef or possibly turkey and onion in a large skillet till meat is brown.
- Drain off fat. Stir undrained diced tomatoes, tomato juice, chili peppers, chili pwdr, and garlic salt into meat mix. Bring to boiling. Stir in uncooked macaroni and green beans. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 min or possibly till macaroni and beans are tender. To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
