Ingredientes
- 2 lb Lean grnd beef
- 2 x Onions, minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 can Pinto or possibly kidney beans (15 ounce each)
- 1 can Tomato sauce (29 ounce)
- 1 1/4 c. Pace picante sauce
- 1/2 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Dry oregano, crushed
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
Direcciones
- In Dutch oven, brown grnd beef with onion and garlic. Add in remaining ingredients, except green pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 40 min. Add in green pepper, simmer for 20 more min.
