Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. dry red pepper flakes
- 2 lbs. salted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and pepper flakes and cook 1 minute. Add in peanuts and stir to combine. Transfer peanuts to baking sheet.
- Bake till slightly browned, about 10 min. Sprinkle with chili pwdr and toss to combine. Cold completely. Cover and store in airtight container at least 8 hrs. 6 c..
