  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat butter and combine with the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into bottom of a 1-qt casserole dish. Top proportionately with chocolate chips and bake for 5 min till chocolate is melted. Spread melted chips out proportionately over crust.
  3. For the Filling: Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add in lowfat milk, oil and vanilla and stir till smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts. Pour into crust and bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 min, till a wooden pick comes out clean.
  4. To serve, place 2 Tbsp. of butter on ovenproof serving plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in hot oven till butter melts. Remove plate from oven and place large piece of hot pie directly onto melted butter. Top pie with ice cream and drizzle with warm fudge and caramel toppings.
