Receta Chili Verde Mexican

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Pork, cubed
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Onions, dry
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes, 14 ounce
- 1 tsp Coriander, grnd
- 1/2 c. Green chilies, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
- 1 c. Salsa fresca
Direcciones
- Cook pork and garlic in 1/2 c. water till all the water is absorbed. Let the pork brown in it's fat for a few min. Add in onion and saute/fry until translucent/soft. Add in tomatoes and chilies, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 min. Just before serving, add in the minced cilantro, salt and pepper to taste, stirring well. Serve with Salsa Fresca.
