- 5 cantaloupes, peeled & seeded
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. brandy or possibly Cassis

- Blend cantaloupe and apple juice together in blender or possibly processor. Strain into a container. Add in cream and brandy or possibly Cassis. Refrigeratebefore serving. Serves 10-12.
