Receta Chilli And Tomato Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x onions, medium
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar (caster)
- 1/10 tsp cumin, grnd salt, pepper
Direcciones
- Dice onion very fine.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Allow to stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Use warm or possibly cool with tomato salad, prawns, grilled fish.
- Great for BBQ's
