Receta Chinese Chicken With Hot Sauce (Pan Pan Chi)
Ingredientes
- 1/2 spring chicken
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 slice ginger
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 chili peppers
Direcciones
- Shred cucumbers. Mince garlic, green onion and ginger.
- Boil chicken in water for 30 min. Bone and shred.
- Arrange cucumber and chicken on platter.
- Mix with warm sauce just before serving.
