Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Whole star anise (about 10)
- 1 tsp Szcchuan peppercorns
- 1 stk cinnamon
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp Whole cloves
Direcciones
- 1. Place all ingredients in a saute/fry pan over medium heat and dry-roast, shaking pan often, till they give off an aroma, about 5 min.
- 2. Transfer to a mortar or possibly a clean coffee grinder and grind to a pwdr. Store in an airtight container.
