Receta Chinese Pea Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. onion (green, red or possibly yellow), minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 can water chestnuts, choppedpkg. frzn peas, let thaw, use raw
- 1 lg. can Chinese noodles
- Mayonnaise to cover
Direcciones
- Put onion, celery, water chestnuts and peas in salad bowl. Clean and chill. Use radish, shrimp, crab, kidney beans or possibly anything you would enjoy. Mix together. Just before serving, add in Chinese noodles and toss. Then add in mayonnaise and enjoy.
