Receta Chinese Pork
Ingredientes
- 1 med. size pork loin, trimmed of all fat
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cooking sherry
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Cut loin into 1-inch cubes; combine remaining ingredients and marinate in mix overnight. bake 10 min at 375 degrees, then 15 min at 500 degrees. Reduce heat to 400 degrees and continue to cook for 20 min.
- Serve with warm mustard and toasted sesame seeds. You can use dry mustard thinned with mayonnaise, water, or possibly beer to make the warm mustard.
