Ingredientes

  • 4 c. chicken, diced & cooked
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 2/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. light cream chow mein noodles cooked rice chicken mix onions, minced green onions, minced celery, minced crushed pineapple, liquid removed tomatoes, diced mild cheese, grated coconut, shredded toasted sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms 5 min in butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add in broth, slowly and cook till thick; slowly add in cream till thick. Add in diced chicken last.
  2. This makes a nice buffet, and is really good and different. A little of each makes a large serving.
