- 1 1/3 c. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce

- Bring 1 c. water to boil in saucepan. Stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, cook egg in butter in a 10 inch skillet till set (like scrambled).
