- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. chipped beef, shredded
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

- Blend first 4 ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with crackers.
