Receta Chipotle Honey Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chipotle chiles stemmed, seeded
- 1 x Tomato cored, quartered
- 1/2 sm Onion peeled and sliced
- 1 x Garlic clove peeled
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan, bring chiles, tomato, water, onion, garlic and salt to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook, slowly, covered for 15 min, then puree in a blender till smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and add in honey and vinegar. Serve at room temperature as a dipping sauce.
- This recipe yields 2 1/2 c. of sauce.
