Receta Albertina's Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts minced
- 12 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add in egg and lowfat milk, stirring well to combine.
- In another bowl, stir salt, baking soda, baking pwdr and flour. Add in to sugar mix. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Fill slightly greased, sprayed or possibly paper lined muffin c. 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 25 min.
- This recipe yields 18 muffins.
