Receta Chipped Beef Dip (Microwave)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 ounce. dry beef, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Place onion, garlic and butter in a one qt casserole and microwave on high 30-45 seconds or possibly till butter melts. Add in cream cheese and microwave on high 45- 70 seconds or possibly till cream cheese softens.
- Remove from oven and add in remaining ingredients. mix well. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Use as dip for vegetables or possibly chips or possibly as cracker spread. Yields 2 c..
