- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 healthy pinch salt
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon water
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in egg, beat well. Add in applesauce. Sift flour, cocoa and spice three times. Dissolve baking soda in water; add in to other ingredients and mix well.Bake in greased muffin tins in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 min. Yields 1 dozen.
