Receta Chocolate Babka

Ingredientes
- 1 lb.:
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk plus:
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. bread flour or possibly all-purpose
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour or possibly all-purpose
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 x egg yolks
- 1/2 c. golden brown raisins or possibly substitute fine chop nuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar

- 1.5 Lb.:lowfat milk 1 1/4 c. bread or possibly all purpose flour 3/4 c. active dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp bread or possibly all purpose flour 2 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa 1/2 c. grated orange zest 2 TBSsalt 3/4 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 tsp unsalted butter 6 TBS egg yolks 4golden raisins 3/4 c. or possibly substitute fine chop nutscinnamon 3/4 tsp brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp
- Bring lowfat milk to a boil. Stir in first flour measurement. Cook over medium heat till mix resembles mashed potatoes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cold to room temperature.
- Add in all ingredients except the last three, according to manufacturer's instructions. Process on normal bread cycle.
- At last beep at end of last mixing beep, or possibly at end of first kneading cycle, add in raisins/or possibly nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Cold for at least 30 min IN machine. This firms the bread.
- For a more traditional Babka, omit cocoa pwdr, orange zest.
- Add in grated lemon zest 1 TBS 1 1/2 TBS Use raisins (no nuts)
- This is pretty with a light chocolate or possibly white glaze on top.
