Ingredients: 4 x Large eggs; 2 c. sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 3 c. heavy cream; 1 Tbsp. vanilla; 2 quart whole lowfat milk

Ingredientes

4 x Large eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 quart whole lowfat milk

Direcciones

Beat Large eggs till very light. Gradually add in sugar and salt. Beat mix well. Then add in cream and vanilla. Add in lowfat milk last. Pour into ice cream freezer, and allow about 2 1/2 inches for swelling in freezer can. Freeze in dasher-type old -fashioned ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 gallon of delicious vanilla ice cream.
