Receta Chocolate Banana Chunk Protein Shake

Ingredientes
- 3 bananas
- 6 large eggs
- 4 tbsp cocoa/hot chocolate pwdr
- 2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (chunky or possibly creamy)
- 4 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp evaporated lowfat milk">milk or possibly pwdr lowfat milk">milk
Direcciones
- Pour the lowfat milk into blender, add in 3 of the large eggs and mix.Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa pwdr and mix.
- Add in 2 bananas and 3 tbsp of evaporated lowfat milk and mix.
- Add in 2 tbsp of cocoa pwdr, 3 large eggs and mix.
- Add in remaining banana, 2 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter creamy or possibly chunky, whatever suites your taste, and mix.
- This shake is for bodybuilders or possibly athletes; NOT for couch potatoes.
