Receta Chocolate Cake Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. Water Sweetened whipped cream or possibly Ice cream (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, sugar, and cocoa in a greased 9-inch square pan, stirring well. Stir in lowfat milk, butter, and vanilla, spreading mix proportionately in pan.Combine 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 1/4 c. cocoa, and sprinkle mix proportionately over batter.
- Pour water over top. Bake pudding at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Serve with sweetened whipped cream or possibly ice cream, if you like.
- Yield:6 servings.NOTE: Chocolate Cake Pudding bakes into two layers-one like a cake and one like a pudding. Spoon some of both into serving dishes, drizzling the pudding part over the cake part. Top with whipped cream or possibly ice cream, if you like. Serve warm or possibly cool.
