Receta Chocolate Cheese Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
- 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
- Vanilla wafers
Direcciones
- Mix cream cheese, 1/2 c. brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Add in egg yolks, one at a time. Heat chocolate chips in double boiler. Add in to cream cheese mix when cold. Beat egg whites till stiff, but not dry. Add in 1/4 c. brown sugar. Fold egg whites into cream cheese mix. Add in Cold Whip. Put wafers in bottom of bowl, then some cream cheese mix and so on in layers.
