Receta Chocolate Chip Cookies (Diabetic)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
- 1 egg or possibly egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and brown sugar substitute. Add in egg and vanilla, cream till light. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk, stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tsp onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 min or possibly till brown and crispy.Makes 36 cookies.
