Receta Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 ounce. chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking pwdr, and salt; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter and both sugars till light and fluffy. Beat in the Large eggs just till blended.
- Stir in the flour mix just till blended. Add in chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread batter in a greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake 30-35 min. Don't overbake. Cold and cut into squares.
