Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Betty Crocker(r) SuperMoist French vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine -- softened
  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 x 6 oz package semisweet chocolate chips (1 c.)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 . Mix cake mix (dry) and 1/2 c. butter in medium bowl, using pastry blender or possibly crisscrossing 2 knives, till crumbly. Press firmly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13 9 2 inches. Bake 8 to 10 min or possibly till light brown. Sprinkle pecan halves proportionately over baked layer. Heat 2/3 c. butter and the brown sugar to boiling in 2-qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally; boil and stir 1 minute. Spoon mix proportionately over pecans.
  2. Bake about 20 min or possibly till bubbly and light brown. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot bars; cold. Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.
