Receta Chocolate Chip Pizza Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter, soft
- 1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth or possibly chunky
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 6 ounce. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. coconut flakes
Direcciones
- Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar in large bowl. Stir till well mixed and smooth. Break 2 Large eggs into medium bowl and beat till foamy, using egg beater or possibly fork. Pour into large bowl and use spoon to blend beaten Large eggs into creamy mix. Sift flour, baking soda into second medium bowl. Add in 1/2 to dough and stir gently. Then add in the rest and blend well.
- Add in oatmeal and stir gently, till well mixed. Add in walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips, again stirring gently. Use mixing spoon and scrape dough from bowl onto pizza pan. Pat out dough till proportionately covers entire pan. Bake 10 min, remove from oven and sprinkle coconut on top of dough, patting it down with back of spoon. Continue baking for another 15 min.
