Receta Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins Orbread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. shredded zucchini
- 1 (1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed)
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Put together large eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla; beat till smooth and thickened. Stir in zucchini and well liquid removed pineapple, flour, soda, baking pwdr, salt, spices. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts.Spread batter in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans or possibly in muffin cups, filling cups to about 1/2 full. Bake loaves at 350 degrees 1 hour or possibly till wooden toothpick comes out clean. Bake muffins at 350 degrees for 20 min.
