Receta Chocolate Coconut Bon Bons

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or possibly almond extract
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats, uncooked
- Flaked or possibly shredded coconut
Direcciones
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add in cocoa and vanilla. Gradually add in nuts and oats. Refrigerate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in coconut.
