Receta Cuba Roberts' Raisin Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Combine sugar and dry mustard and cornstarch. Slowly add in vinegar and blend. Add in lemon juice and rind, water and raisins. Stir till well mixed. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thick. Pour over ham and bake.
