Receta Chocolate Covered Grasshopper

Ingredientes
- 4 x six-oz cocktails
- 1/2 c. (about 3 ounces) soft chocolate mint candies, such as Junior Mints, plus additional candies for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
- 1/4 c. white creme de cacao
- 10 x ice cubes
Direcciones
- Put 1/2 c. of the candy, butter and 1 Tbsp. of the ice cream in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high till heated through, about 1 minute.
- Stir till mix thickens to consistency of a sauce. Set aside.
- Combine 2 c. of the ice cream, creme de menthe, creme de cacao and ice cubes in blender; blend till drink is thick and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Pour mix into 4 martini glasses; drizzle chocolate sauce over drink.
- Garnish with cocktail skewers of candies, if you like.
