Receta Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounce. chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. plus 3 tbsp. (1/2 c. plus) Wesson oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugars, egg and 1/2 tsp. salt. Beat till fluffy. Add in chocolate chips and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, cocoa, soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of chocolate batter. Drop in and swirl a heaping spoonful of cream cheese batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Makes 2 dozen.
