  1. Mix corn-starch, sugar, and salt. Add in cool lowfat milk and mix well.
  2. In top of double boiler over boiling water, heat lowfat milk plus Half & Half to scald point - Just below boiling. Don't boil - Add in combined corn starch, sugar, salt and lowfat milk mix to scalded lowfat milk. Cook over warm water ten min, stirring constantly till thickened.
  3. In top of double boiler over boiling water or possibly in metal mixing bowl over boiling water, heat chocolate, add in warm water, stir till smooth, and add in to cooked mix. Remove from heat. Mix in Pure Vanilla Extract.
  4. Pour into dish or possibly mold. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve with slightly sweetened cool whipped cream.
