- 24 x Chocolate flavored graham Cracker squares -- minced
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine -- Melted
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 12 ounce Frzn whipped topping -- Thawed
- 1 pkt Instant chocolate pudding -- Not prepared
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 pt Strawberries -- hulled and Sliced
- 1 ounce Semisweet chocolate -- Melted
- 2 tsp Butter or possibly margarine -- Melted Semisweet chocolate -- Grated
Direcciones
- Finely chop graham crackers with Food Chopper. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl. Press into bottom and up sides of Springform Pan. Combine whipped topping, pudding and lowfat sour cream in Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl with 10" Whisk. Pour half of filling over crust. Hull strawberrries using Tomato Corer; slice with Egg Slicer.
- Layer strawberries on top of filling. Pour remaining filling over strawberries. Heat chocolate and butter together 1 min 30 secon ds on HIGH in Covered Micro Cooker; stir till smooth. Drizzle over top using V-Shaped Cutter. Grate additional chocolate over the top with Cheese Grater. Sets immediately, butcan be refrigerated to chill.
