Receta Chocolate Custard

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. cream, whipped
Direcciones
- 1. Heat chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Stir in lowfat milk and heat.
- 2. Add in sugar, flour and salt and cook, stirring constantly, till thick. Stir in egg yolk and cook for 2 min.
- 3. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla. Cold.
- 4. When cold, mix in whipped cream. Chill. Serves 4.
