- 2 Tbsp. Canola,or possibly veg. oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Apple juice heated with
- 4 Tbsp. Water
- 2/3 c. Dates, minced
- 1/3 c. Chocolate chips
